The Site provides general information about our residential and commercial window-tinting services in Houston, Texas. Content is provided "as is" for informational purposes. While we work to keep the Site accurate and current, we don't warrant that every detail is complete, up-to-date, or free from errors.
The Smart Tint Calculator on our homepage provides estimated savings figures based on industry-standard assumptions about Houston climate, typical energy rates, and published TSER (Total Solar Energy Rejected) values for different film categories. These are estimates only — they are not a guarantee of actual savings, nor a quote or offer to perform work at any particular price.
Actual savings depend on many factors we don't measure here, including your specific window orientation, insulation, HVAC efficiency, thermostat settings, occupancy patterns, and the exact film product chosen. For a site-specific assessment, contact us directly for a free quote.
Our quote form and phone estimates are informal proposals. No contract for services exists until both parties have agreed to a written scope of work and price. We reserve the right to adjust proposed pricing if on-site conditions materially differ from what was described during the quote.
At this time we do not offer financing or payment plans. All services are paid on completion unless otherwise arranged in writing. We apologize for any inconvenience — we may add financing options in the future.
All content on this Site — including text, photographs, the Space City name and logo, graphics, layout, and code — is owned by Space City Window Tinting or used with permission of the rights holder. You may not reproduce, republish, or use this content in any commercial context without our written permission.
Brand names mentioned on our Site (LLumar, Vista, SunTek, Madico, Huper Optik, Solar Gard, Avery Dennison, Johnson Window Films) are the property of their respective manufacturers. We are an authorized installer; we do not own these trademarks.
The customer reviews displayed on our Site are from actual Space City clients and are accurate to our best knowledge. We do not pay for reviews. First names, last initials, and general locations are shown with the customer's understanding that their feedback may be shared publicly.
Our Site may link to third-party websites (our suppliers, social media, review platforms). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those websites.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Space City Window Tinting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or decisions you make based on information on the Site. Our total liability related to the Site, if any, will not exceed $100.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for willful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
The warranty on any window film we install is covered by a separate document provided at installation and by the manufacturer's warranty for the film product. See our warranty page for general information. Nothing on this Site creates or modifies any installation warranty.

We serve Houston, TX and surrounding communities. Quote requests from outside our service area may be declined. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
