⏱ Takes: 2 minutesWe come to your property at a time that works for you. Chris walks the project with you, measures windows, checks glass type and orientation, and brings physical film samples so you can see the options against your actual windows. This is also when you'll get a clear, firm quote.
⏱ Takes: 30–45 minutes · Free, no obligationBased on what you want from the film (heat rejection, privacy, aesthetics, safety) and your budget, Chris recommends a specific film from one of our premium manufacturer lineups — LLumar, Vista, SunTek, Huper Optik, Solar Gard, and others. We never push the most expensive option; we match the film to the job.
⏱ Takes: same visit, 15 minutesWe schedule installation at a time that works for you. We order your film, confirm the appointment a day or two ahead, and arrive on time with all materials. You don't need to do much to prepare — we'll tell you to clear about 2 feet of space in front of each window and remove any fragile items. We bring our own drop cloths and equipment.
⏱ Installation typically scheduled 3–7 days outOur crew shows up, protects your floors and furnishings, cleans every window down to a pharmacist level of spotless, cuts and trims each film panel, applies it, and squeegees out every air bubble. Flawless, bubble-free installs with seamless edges — that's the Space City standard. We work efficiently: most residential jobs are done in a single day.
⏱ Most homes: 4–8 hours · Larger commercial: 1–2 daysBefore we leave, we walk every window with you so you can inspect the install. We give you a care sheet with cleaning instructions and your warranty paperwork (manufacturer + our workmanship guarantee). Payment is due on completion — we accept card, check, Zelle, and bank transfer. We don't currently offer financing; sorry about that.
⏱ Takes: 10 minutesFilm is fully installed but will look slightly hazy or have tiny water droplets trapped under it for a few weeks — that's normal. Don't touch or clean it for 30 days while the adhesive fully cures. After that, you can clean it with a soft cloth and any ammonia-free glass cleaner.
⏱ 30 days of hands-offYour windows are now blocking 99% of UV, rejecting most of the heat, and giving you the privacy or aesthetic you wanted. If anything ever looks off — edge lift, bubbling, anything at all — call us. Our workmanship guarantee is for life on residential.
